Contact and escalation
Questions and complaints
If something is wrong, tell us plainly. We would rather hear the complaint directly and have an opportunity to fix it than make you hunt for an escalation path.
Start with the appropriate contact
- Telephone: +1 604-216-9333
- General and partnership questions: contact@creekco.ca
- Regulatory questions: regulatory@creekco.ca
- Privacy concerns: privacy@creekco.ca
- Accessibility barriers or alternate formats: accessibility@creekco.ca
- Security and abuse reports: abuse@creekco.ca
Information to include
Please provide your name and preferred contact method, the date, the subject of the concern, relevant reference numbers, the outcome requested and copies of non-sensitive supporting records. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers or unnecessary government identification by ordinary email.
Review and escalation
CreekCo will route the matter to the appropriate responsible person and preserve reasonable records of material regulatory, privacy, accessibility, security and partner concerns. If an initial response does not resolve the matter, ask that it be escalated and identify the original correspondence.
Customer complaints
Call +1 604-216-9333 or email complaints@creekco.ca. Tell us that you are making a customer complaint and include your account or service number if you have one.
We will preserve the complaint record and route it to the responsible person. If the first response does not resolve the issue, ask for escalation; you should not have to restart the complaint from the beginning.
Independent complaint resolution — CCTS
The Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) is an independent organization that helps customers resolve eligible complaints about telephone, VoIP, Internet and other telecommunications services. Its complaint-resolution service is free to customers.
You should first give CreekCo a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. If it remains unresolved and falls within the CCTS mandate, contact the CCTS at ccts-cprst.ca, by telephone at 1-888-221-1687, or by email at response@ccts-cprst.ca.
CreekCo is establishing its CCTS participation arrangements. If an eligible complaint reaches the CCTS before enrollment is complete, the CCTS may contact CreekCo and the applicable CRTC participation requirement will apply.
Accessibility and alternate formats
If you need this complaint process in another format, contact accessibility@creekco.ca.
Emergencies
These mailboxes are not emergency channels. For an immediate threat to life, safety or property, contact the appropriate local emergency service using a working telephone service. See the emergency services notice.
