Document status
These pages are public pre-launch notices. CRTC correspondence dated October 20, 2026 confirms BITS licensing and telecommunications reseller registration; these do not authorize new-customer telecommunications service. These notices are not customer service terms, evidence of authorization for any other regulated activity, proof of Wireless Public Alerting support, or authorization to activate production voice or mobile service. Service-specific agreements, notices, acknowledgements, compatibility records, labels and operating procedures will be issued before any commercial service is offered.
