These pages are public pre-launch notices. They are not customer service terms, evidence of completed regulatory approval, proof of Wireless Public Alerting support, or authorization to activate production voice or mobile service. Service-specific agreements, notices, acknowledgements, compatibility records, labels and operating procedures will be issued before any commercial service is offered.
