Current filing status
CreekCo remains in a controlled pre-launch and regulatory-readiness phase. Commercial telecommunications, mobile service, and production voice service are not available.

Future services — aspirational
CreekCo is exploring possible future mobile, cellular, mobile broadband, IoT, rural broadband, fibre, fixed-wireless, and partner-assisted services. These are planning directions only. They are not currently available, have no announced launch date, and do not imply regulatory approval, spectrum authority, carrier authorization, coverage, or a commitment to offer any particular service.
Pre-launch public-safety gate
No production voice service will be represented as available until applicable registration or licensing steps, emergency-service arrangements, carrier obligations, customer-notification text, express customer consent where required, alternative formats, warning labels, address controls, testing evidence, and written internal production authorization are complete.
Internal authorization is not CRTC certification
Regulatory registration or a BITS licence, standing alone, does not establish that a specific voice service, number, device, or location is ready for emergency reliance. Any CreekCo reference to certification means an internal evidence-based production gate. It does not imply CRTC endorsement, approval, guaranteed call completion, or authorization to rely on a service as a lifeline.
