Website notice
Privacy
This initial CreekCo website is designed to collect as little information as practical.
Information handled by this site
The public pages do not use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or third-party analytics. Standard hosting logs may record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, time and security events. These records are used for operation, security and troubleshooting.
Optional first-party analytics
If you choose to allow analytics, CreekCo records limited first-party usage information such as requested page, referring domain, broad device category, screen width, language, time zone and an anonymous daily visitor/session hash. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database. Analytics are off until you opt in, and Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals are respected. You can reopen Privacy choices at any time.
Email correspondence
When you email CreekCo, the message and contact details you provide are used to respond, maintain appropriate business or regulatory records, and protect our systems. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or unnecessary sensitive identification by ordinary email.
Correspondence records
CreekCo's outgoing messages carry a correspondence control number and a link you can use to view the record of that correspondence or acknowledge receipt. If you open that link, we may record the time, IP address and browser used, for security, delivery verification, records management and dispute resolution. We do not use hidden tracking pixels or device fingerprinting. Incoming and outgoing mail is checked for spam, malware and impersonation.
Service status
This notice covers the informational website. Any future telecommunications service will have service-specific privacy terms before customer information is collected.
